Important Information
Camp Dates
Camp will kick off May 27th, and will be completed on August 7th. Camp runs from 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Age Availability
Students who are 5 years old (must have completed a kindergarten or pre-k program) through 13 years old.
Pricing
- Entire Summer
- Preference will be given to children who are registering for the entire summer.
- Full Summer Discounted: $900 (Covers 5/27 thru 8/7)
- Full Summer Payment Plan: $980 (Covers 5/27 thru 8/7)
- Payment 1: $450 – Due by May 26
- Payment 2: $430 – Due by June 30
- Payment 3 – $100 – Due by July 31
- Monthly Only (Subject to Availability):
- Pricing is applicable to only those enrolled for specific months and not on the full summer payment plan
- May: $75
- June: $500
- July: $500
- August: $125
- Pricing is applicable to only those enrolled for specific months and not on the full summer payment plan
*There is a one-time $75.00 registration fee for all students at the time of enrollment and is due prior to any rostering and membership billing being applied to account.
What’s New this Summer?
This summer, our students will rotate to different stations for 45 minute increments. We hope that this new schedule will allow our students to experience as many engaging activities as possible while they are at our center!
Field Trips
If you haven’t spent a summer with us yet, get ready—BCYC summer field trips are next level.
We offer a wide variety of off-site adventures and far more field trips than most programs, giving our members new experiences, big fun, and unforgettable summer memories. From exciting destinations to nonstop energy, this is shaping up to be our best summer yet.
Field trips are open to currently enrolled BCYC members only and must be registered online at www.bcycsports.com. Online registration allows us to manage capacity and collect required permissions and details. Registration will close one week prior to each field trip, and late or day-of registrations will not be accepted.
