Important Information
Camp Dates
Camp will kick off May 28th, and will be completed on August 8th. Camp runs from 7:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Age Availability
Students who are 5 years old (must have completed a kindergarten or pre-k program) through 13 years old. ***Completed Pre-K enrollments will be reserved for children who have an older sibling enrolled in the program***
Pricing
- Entire Summer (paid-in-full): $900.00
- Preference will be given to children who are registering for the entire summer.
- Parents who don’t want to pay the full $900.00 up front can pay monthly via the breakdown below
- Monthly Payments: Pricing is applicable to those enrolled all summer, or specific months.
- May/June (5/28-6/30): $430
- July (7/1-7/31): $430
- August (8/1-8/8): $120
*There is a one-time $75.00 registration fee for all students at the time of enrollment.
What’s New this Summer?
This summer, our students will rotate to different stations for 45 minute increments. We hope that this new schedule will allow our students to experience as many engaging activities as possible while they are at our center!
Field Trips
If you’ve been with us before, get ready for a whole new take on summer field trips! We are planning on offering different field trip “packs” for our students, with more than double the amount of trips than offered previously. It’s going to be the best summer yet!
Field trip registration for ENROLLED children only takes place on www.bcycsports.com. Registrations must be done online to ensure capacity and collect appropriate details and permissions. Field trip registrations will cut off one week prior to the field trip date. Late registrations and day of registrations will not be allowed.
My kids never want to leave! They always ask me to pick them up later than I do. I guess that is a good problem to have!
