Important Information

Why do we need a Sport Court?

  • Our current court has become worn and stays slippery
  • The slick court has led to more injuries and incidents in the recent years
  • Installing a sport court will allow more flexibility for the future (safe for our child care programs as well as our volleyball and basketball leagues)
  • Easy maintenance and replacement of court tiles
  • Additional painted courts and lines for sports like pickleball

 How can you help?

Swing by the BCYC office and pick up a fundraising order sheet. We are selling “raffle entries” into a raffle drawing for a brand new PlayStation 5 complete with 2 controllers, controller charging stand, NCAA Football 25 and NBA 2K25.

Tickets (entries) are $20 each, or 6 for $100!

 

Drawing Details

  • Drawing will take place on December 2, 2024 at 2:00PM live on Facebook 
  • All raffle entries will be entered into a random generator and placed on a spin wheel
  • Wheel will be spun live on Facebook, and the winner will be notified.
  • Winner must claim their prize in person at the BCYC office. 

Raffle Ticket Sales Details & Instructions

Sales/Order Sheet Details

  1.  Pick up a sales order form and collection envelope from the BCYC office at 505 E Avenue C in Belton, TX.
  2. Reach out to your friends, neighbors, colleagues, sports teams, or anyone else you know, and ask them if they would like to purchase raffle ticket entries.
  3. Fill out the order form completely for each order. Purchaser will not get a physical ticket, and the order form is the official entry. Ensure you have correct contact information for each sale.
  4. Sell as many tickets as possible. Collect payment at time of sale. Collect cash/check only. If purchaser wants to use CC, have them call the BCYC office at 254-939-5759, visit the office, or purchase online using the links above (make sure to input the child’s name you are buying from, and if they are with BCYC or Heroes).
  5. Additional sales sheets can be picked at BCYC. Bring completed order sheet and $$$ with you to pick up the new sheet.
  6. Purchasers’ names will be transferred by BCYC staff to the random name generator and spin wheel.
  7. Return all sales sheets and $$$ by 11/22/2024 to the BCYC office.
  8. Winners will be notified by phone and asked to claim their price in person. Winning person will be advertised on Social Media and Website per their discretion.

If you are selling for BCYC afterschool kids, or Heroes Volleyball players:

  1. When you turn in your completed order sheets make sure you put your child’s name and their Animal group (BCYC Afterschool Kids) or Team Name (Heroes Volleyball)
  2. We need this info so we can award prizes to the class or team that sells the most raffle entries.

Terms and Condistions:

  • Total Package Value: $650
  • Purchasers may have multiple entries
  • Need not be present to win
  • Prize must be claimed within 10 days of drawing
  • Must have valid ID to claim prize
  • Winner will be notified via the contact information provided
  • Winner agrees to the use of their name for promotional purposes
  • Staff and family members of BCYC not eligible to win
